per public acts of 2008 and Effective July 15 2008:

All Michigan Non Profits will have to have at least 3 members on the Board of Directors.

To comply by Jan 1 2009 - A board of Directors has been appointed


Clint Green - Director of Web Developement
Stephanine Townsend - Director of Media Relations
Matt Brown - Director of Veteran Affairs
Todd Engle - Director of Fund Raising
Bill Schmidt - Director of Operations
